Transitions is a therapeutic retreat dedicated to these pivotal moments.
A space to slow down, listen to the body, and navigate change with gentleness, clarity and support.
For 10 days, we create a safe environment where the body, emotions and meaning can align.
At the heart of the retreat
• Gentle yoga & Pilates mat to loosen, stabilise and strengthen without straining
• Guided meditations to calm the nervous system
• Lectures & sharing time around female life transitions
• Astrology as a symbolic reading of cycles and transformations
• Mindful vegetarian meals, carefully prepared by Hugo Ducreux
Transmission & approach
All classes and transmission sessions are given by Vesta Mauch,
in line with her professional and personal journey.
About Vesta Mauch
My approach stems from in-depth training in Pilates, yoga, functional anatomy and biomechanics, enriched by the study of the nervous system, female cycles and astrology.
It is also nourished by my own journey as a woman and the transitions I have gone through.
I teach a therapeutic, slow and embodied practice that does not seek performance but accuracy, autonomy and peace of mind.
Rather than pushing for change, she offers a calm structure that supports rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their own rhythms, rediscover trust in their bodies, and move forward with greater steadiness.

Group size: maximum of 15 people.
Arrival from 15:00 on 9 April.
Departure time: 12:00 on 19 April.
